Terry Hudson - Principal/Licensee/Director
Terry began his real estate career more than 23 years ago employed with a number of local franchise offices. During this time, he built a large referral base and through his listing and negotiating skills received many sale awards. Most of our business is still referral based. In 2001 Terry and Belinda opened their agency and the business has continued to grow from strength to strength. Terry is an accredited auctioneer and has extensive experience in sales and marketing and been involved in a number of projects, including retirement villages, new apartment blocks and land sub-divisions. |

Belinda Hudson - Principal/Office Manager/Director
Previous to working in the real estate industry, Belinda had many years experience in sales , customer service and administration. Managing the running of the business is her major role, she is involved in assisting the sales department and property management . Quality service is high priority within all areas of the business and is what we strive to achieve for all our clients and make their real estate experience a stress free one.

Kaye has been working in our team for several years. She has a personal understanding of Real Estate owning and renting properties whilst working around Australia for 20 years. Her background is in the Military and teaching. Kaye is licensed and works in Sales and Rentals. Communication and listening skills are paramount and keeping all parties up to date and in the loop is most important.
